A second floor deck was added to the original construction. A new EPDM roof was installed in 1995 on the flat area and the sloped portion consists of slate shingles, with gutters, downspouts and roof drains.

The flooring finishes are ceramic or vinyl tile or carpeted. The walls are painted and the ceilings are acoustical ceiling tiles or plaster. The stairways are finished with sheet vinyl or painted.

The first floor contains the largest conference room onsite, with three smaller conference rooms, as well as a medical services department.
Mechanical
Systems:
Heating

Steam to hot water converters are located in the mechanical room as well as supplemental baseboard perimeter heat.

Air Conditioning

The Building is served by two air conditioning systems. The GAH1 unit is located in the attic space and consists of mixing section, filter section, chilled water cooling coil and supply fan. There is a separate return fan aiding the return air flow. Air distribution within the attic is via un-insulated low pressure ductwork and hot water reheat coils. The second unit GAH2 is a Trane packaged rooftop unit located on the flat roof area over the arcade and serves the second floor.
