Description::

This Building is two story with a large attic and was originally constructed as the main school building. It was subsequently used as laboratory space. The building was extensively renovated in 1999 and it is now mostly office space, with some laboratories on the south "T" wing of the first floor. It is a masonry Building with republic system poured concrete floors. There is crawl space under the first floor. The roof consists of slate shingles on the sloped areas and EPDM on the center flat area, with gutters, downspouts and roof drains.

The flooring finishes are ceramic tile, terrazo or carpeted. The walls are painted, wall coverings or ceramic tile and the ceilings are acoustical ceiling tiles. The stairways are finished with sheet vinyl, paint or are exposed concrete.

Building H contains the security office, main reception and main fire alarm panels.
Elevators: One, hydraulic, 2,500 lb. capacity passenger elevator.

Steam to hot water converters are located in the mechanical room.

Air Conditioning

Provided by three chilled water air handling units located in the attic. The air handlers along with the main and trunk distribution system were newly installed in 1999.
