Description: This Building was constructed in various phases as a manufacturing pilot plant facility. It is constructed of metal framing with concrete and steel plate floors. The roof consists of built-up composition, EDPM and modified bitumen with gutters, downspouts and roof drains.

Building I contains a high bay processing area and overhead door exterior access on each of the three floors.
Elevators: One, traction-type, 4,000 lb. capacity elevator.
