Description:	Building J complex was constructed in various phases. Building J is a steel framed building with metal siding. Building J is mostly high ceiling pilot process areas with two-story perimeter offices on the south and east sides. The two-story J-Wrap office area is steel framed with masonry and brick exterior. It is constructed of metal framing with steel plate floors. The exterior walls are metal siding. A new roof was installed on Building J in 2000 and consists of EPDM. The J-Wrap areas are also EPDM. Both roofs contain gutters, downspouts and roof drains. The floor finishes within the Building J complex are carpeted, vinyl tile or painted concrete. The walls are painted or vinyl covered, and the ceilings are acoustical ceiling tiles or exposed structure. Within the J-Wrap Building, the flooring is carpeted, the walls are painted, wall coverings or ceramic tile and the ceilings acoustical ceiling tiles. Within the warehouse the flooring is sealed concrete with exposed masonry or metal paneled walls and the ceilings are exposed structure. Along the west end of Building J’s warehouse is a shipping and receiving dock for processing of materials and equipment. An overhead, enclosed "bridge" connects the J complex to Building D to the north.
Elevators:	One, hydraulic, 4,000 lb. capacity passenger elevator. One, traction-type, 4,000 lb. capacity passenger/freight elevator. A dumbwaiter is also located within the Building.
Mechanical Systems:	Heating Steam to hot water converters. Air Conditioning Is provided by numerous air handling units, both chilled water and direct expansion (DX) , and a dedicated 200-ton chiller system. The warehouse area of J Building is not air conditioned.
